Bringing together research activities on the microbiome
The MicrobiomeSupport initiative has launched a global database containing information on microbiome related research, infrastructures, policies and institutions. The data was collected in 2019 through the MicrobiomeSupport partner network using custom-made questionnaires and desk research to collect information from supra-national initiatives. The database is part of the efforts of MicrobiomeSupport to strengthen en bring together research and innovation activities on the Microbiome. The initiative also supports the International Bioeconomy Forums’ ‘food systems microbiomes'working group.
